to be in the Orlando or West Palm Beach area,
and would like to perform in our club(s),
please fill out the following form and send
it in. Then e-mail us (or US mail) a recent
photo of yourself.
Instructions: Please scan and save photo at
72 dpi, no larger than 5 X 4 inches. Save
as a gif or jpg. Attach to an e-mail and send
to rachelssouth@rachels.com
If you are unable to do this, please send
us your photo by regular US mail.
We will give you a tentative confirmation,
but final approval will remain with management
upon your arrival on your designated dates.
